On June 3rd, a delegation of clients from Russia visited Yimai’s factory, embarking on a technical exchange journey. This visit focused on the entire process of precision machining, assembly and testing of motor components, as well as the technological breakthroughs of core products such as end suction pump, submersible sewage pump and vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump, demonstrating Yimai’s comprehensive strength in the field of fluid equipment manufacturing. From the intelligent production layout to the strict quality control system, and then to customized product solutions, Yimai, with technology as the bond, has written a new chapter for the cooperation between Chinese and Russian manufacturing industries.
The factory tour begins in our show room, where you can first learn about the development history and technological accumulation of Yimai. For instance, the unique base allows the end suction pump to rotate a full 360 degrees, featuring a built-in pulley system. The Yimai self-developed submersible sewage pump with heavy cutting features sharp and durable cutting blades that can lightly slice through rags, plastic bags and even gloves, grinding them into tiny fragments. There are also innovative points such as the design of VFD controlled vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump. The on-site disassembled parts of the products are presented intuitively, which arouses great interest from customers.
Subsequently, the head of our technical department led the Russian client delegation to visit the Yimai factory. In the motor workshop, the Russian clients witnessed the entire process of motor production. Such as winding, assembling, and testing. The entire process not only demonstrated Yimai’s pursuit of the ultimate in process details but also ensured the stability and reliability of the motor’s operation. Regarding the testing of the motor, Yimai has a complete motor testing system, to ensure that its performance meets the design requirements and satisfies the actual needs of customers. At the same time, the modern layout and standardized management of the factory also left a deep impression on the visitors.
This exchange not only showcases the technological achievement but also marks the beginning of in-depth cooperation between China and Russia in the manufacturing sector.
